uFrag is a registered Game Server Provider based in the United Kingdom.  We have the servers and network infrastructure to currently host in excess of 400 game servers. Using brand new Supermicro Superservers each with Intel Quad core technology and 8gb DDRII we can ensure your server runs at its best 24/7.

We use the most commonly used Control panels to ensure you are immediately familiar with them and able to configure your server to just the way you like it!  We also provide (Free Of Charge) a file redirect system, this will allow your members or members of the public to download any modifications / maps or even configuration files as fast as there ISP permits!

Our Network

Our servers are located in IPHouse, London Docklands. We are connected to one of the most versatile gaming networks in the UK using only recognized hardware including Juniper, Cisco, APC & Supermicro.

IPHouse provides a secure climate controlled environment with unrivalled network connectivity. Unlike many of our competitors using cheaper datacenters outside of London we can provide you with a lower latency network that has been proven since 2004 to be reliable and efficient.

Our Staff

Unlike many of our competitors we will not make guarantees we can’t keep. For example our support team consists of four people all who have hardware and software knowledge to ensure our servers keep running in addition to this they also have played every game we provide meaning we are able to truly support every game we offer.
Our Support team work in fixed shifts meaning that throughout the day there will always be at least one person to provide assistance if needed.
In addition we can also guarantee a 15 minute response to all critical tickets placed throughout the entire year!
